    Customer request and problem Customer would like to make a deluxe ice cream with strawberry source including cut flesh fruit which looks homemade mixed. The gear pump installed in the ice cream machine is very small that fruits become broken. Then mixing process of fruits and source is not possible after filling into cup. Therefore the new process should be inline mixing from ice cream machine to filling machine. 5mm cut fruits have to be chosen by big size pump. Due to small dosing, rotary lobe pump is not possible to transfer exactly due to discharge pressure and its back flow. Customer looks for the pump with small dosing capacity and no damage to strawberry.
