The "FCA-DSV-50N Series" is a test stand which can perform a compression test with a fixed amount of pressure.

Easy operation with lever. With included attachments, multiple actions can be applied: squash/push-in, cut/crack.

In addition, the force gauge can be connected to a PC with a USB cable to transmit data. With the included software, the collected data is processed and managed.

Usage / example

•Squash/Push-in: pushing with a fixed size of surface to check variables such as elasticity, hardness and fluffiness. Can be applied to samples that are almost liquid.
Examples: processed cereal products (cooked beans, bread, tofu, sticky rice cakes), dough (bread, noodles), others (pudding, jam, cream cheese)

•Cut/Crack: cut as if biting off with the front teeth to check crispness and crunchiness
