Customer request and problem Currently fried chicken process is all done by manual like this. 1. To supply battered chicken from meat wagon to conveyor. 2. Align with chickens on the conveyor 3. Dipping the source 4. To adjust the temperature of fryer There are following problems, Operators can not follow the conveyor speed due to alignment work for chicken. The conveyer has to be stopped to adjust each time. If the input amount of chicken is not stable, temperature goes up and down. Then additional time is needed.
